NlPL’s team of trained vulcanizers have installed a majority of steel cord belts across India. NlPL’s service teams have performed installations in some of the harshest conditions, including the Worlds longest conveyor belt (34kms) between India and Bangladesh for LaFarge Cements. NIPL has also performed more steel cord splices than anyone else in India including India’s strongest belt with a splice length of 4.1m at NMDC Kirundul.
NIPL has installed pipe conveyors at several sites across the country including India’s first pipe conveyor for Birla Copper.
NIPL has completed several installations of bucket elevators including hole punching and jointing.
